B2B Campaign & Delivery Manager
We're seeking a versatile B2B Campaign & Delivery Manager to join our passionate team. You'll be instrumental in distilling high-level strategies into actionable plans, ensuring impeccable execution, and championing ROI for our clients. This role requires a unique blend of strategic foresight and hands-on implementation. From crafting compelling content across diverse channels to analyzing the impact post-campaign, your expertise will be pivotal.
Salary: $70,000 to $80,000, plus bonus

- Collaborate closely with the VP of Delivery and Demand Generation.
- Transform overarching strategies into actionable deliverables.
- Oversee and participate in the end-to-end execution, including content creation, SEO, SEM, PPC, and webinars.
- Leverage deep operational, executional, and analytical proficiency in HubSpot to optimize campaigns, ensure seamless integrations, and draw actionable insights to drive continual improvement.
- Ensure the quality and efficiency of campaigns through a mix of personal implementation and oversight of the delivery process.
- Dive deep into digital and inbound marketing, wearing multiple hats, from strategy formulation to hands-on execution.
- Analyze campaign performance and deliver insights on metrics and ROI.
- 5-7 years of experience in B2B marketing, with at least 2-3 years in a similar, client-facing role within a B2B marketing agency. Prior experience with a HubSpot partner is an asset.
- Proficient in HubSpot with certifications in HubSpot Marketing Software, HubSpot Sales Software, Inbound Marketing, and Inbound Sales.
- Strong command of Google Analytics (GA4), and experience with ClickUp or comparable project management tools.
- Expertise in Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads is a plus.
- Exceptional writing skills, with the ability to craft compelling content across diverse channels.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent preferred.
